It was a wet Sunday morning and I was riding my bike from Kwinana to Landsdale; polar opposite suburbs of Perth WA (one's in the SW corner, the other in the NE corner). Most of the distance was covered via Perth's freeway. 'The Freeway' is one stretch of road that Boofheads' have given 2 names, namely the Kwinana & Mitchell Freeways. It used to be a quiet freeway 10 years ago (was sweet), but nowadays it gets congested a lot during work-days. On weekends it's much smoother flow - Aug 2013.

Monday 19th September, 2016, is the first day of Channel Nine Perth's operation from its new home at the top of St George's Terrace. A new generation of Perth television begins on this day... Many viewers visited the station on the Monday morning from 7am, at 253 St Georges Terrace, to be part of their first LIVE broadcast. There was free coffee, a sausage sizzle and heaps of giveaways. The new Nine Perth Studios are located across the road from the historic Barracks Arch at the western end of St George's Terrace.
We've all heard it as kids, or said it to our own; too much TV is bad for you. Now researchers claim they have scientific proof that too much time in front of the TV actually does damage the brain, especially in developing children.
https://www.expedia.com/Perth.d180013.Destination-Travel-Guides A modern city, Perth is the gem of Australia’s west coast and the capital of Western Australia. This friendly metropolis boasts pristine beaches, clear water, and plenty of coastline – not to mention an abundance of nature and mineral resources. Start your day of Perth sightseeing with a walk through Kings Park, which is larger than New York’s Central Park and home to the Western Australia Botanic Garden. More than 3,000 species of Western Australia’s plant life, including vibrant flowers, are on display here. Most of the park consists of bushland, which means lots of wildlife and quite a few walking trails. After a morning of reflection in the park, head over to the Swan Bell Tower to enjoy a spectacular view of the city. ...

Had the chance to fly to Perth for work but it felt like I was on a holiday every single day! It was my first time to travel outside Asia. It was overwhelming at first (felt like I was the only Asian LOL) but I had the best time ever. Couldn't be more grateful to my boss for this opportunity :D Hopefully, a couple of years from now.. I could move to Perth and settle down there for good. Ahh, beach everyday! *fingers crossed*
Perth is a must visit if you're thinking of a trip over to Western Australia, the beautiful coastline and Perth attractions make it the ideal place to take family, friends or your partner. The city is easy to navigate, with everything fairly close, Hay and Murray Street is home to big name shops, cinemas and the GPO. Kings Park and Botanic Gardens are a beautiful place for a stroll and offers some great views of the city. The Botanic Gardens features over 3,000 species and the Rio Tinto Naturescape is great for the kids. The coastline is one of Perth's draws, and if the heat is getting to you head for a dip at the golden sands on Cottesloe Beach, City Beach or Scarborough. Fremantle is located at the mouth of the Swan River, boasting historical buildings, the Roundhouse and the Maritime Mu...
